Steve Damon

Mr. Damon has been a leader in the BioTech and MedTech industries for more than 30 years. 

Steven currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Micron Biomedical. Micron leads the world in administering vaccines and drugs with their innovative needleless, pain-free microarray technology, in clinical development. 

During his career, he successfully developed strategic partnerships in product development, commercialization, banking, and investment for several private and public MedTech and BioTech companies including Kimberly-Clark, Durect, Altea Therapeutics, Femasys, and Map Pharmaceuticals. 

Steven served as CEO and President of 4P Therapeutics (sold to NTRB in 2018) and Absorbable Polymers International (a subsidiary of Durect Corporation), both, companies he founded. 

In addition to GaBio, Steven serves on the Board of Directors for Temple Therapeutics and Micron Biomedical.
